Hashkama: Bungling Britain?

Bungling Britain needed a Bungling Prime Minister, and so we got what appears to be a Bungling Boris.  Bungling Boris needed a Bungling Administration, and the nation obliged and provided.  Britain has a Queeroid Parliament where anything and everything strange and destructive goes without check.  We have a Queeroid Police Force, a Queeroid Armed Forces, and a Queeroid State Church.  We are producing systematic Woke Folk in our Education and University systems.  Perhaps the strangest thing in all of this is that we have Queeroids and Wokeoids who insist that a Bungling Boris Prime Minister should behave ‘normal’.  In a normal society those that want Boris boiled in oil would have been branded as hypocrites, but these guys are behaving according to their ‘oid’ natures.  For them it is normal.  For Britain it is the new normal.  The old normal with the values of the past are the strange ones.  The revolution taking place is one of Godlessness and rebellion against the will of God.

One Party too Many

To all accounts Bungling Boris’ great sin was to go one party too far.  The “new revelation” was (supposedly) what fuelled the vented ‘oidness’ to strike with venom.  “He lied to Parliament” is another charge.  Isn’t lying what Boris does?  Some appear to suggest so.  Bungling Boris must leave the Bungling Administration.  The gate from Partygate has been kicked open by his past fellow bunglers as they attempt to kick Boris into touch.  Will they succeed?  Should they succeed?

The new liberals within and without Westminster, are so weighed down with guilt that they can’t see the wood for the trees.  They want us all in sackcloth and ashes, flagellating ourselves and one another while apologising for everything and anything imaginable, including fake historical misdemeanours.  We might sing that Britons will never be slaves, but the truth is that in times past, these shores were often invaded by foreign slavers, and many (white) Britons were taken into slavery, with some of them transported to and sold in Africa.  This history is rarely taught.  Meanwhile, the nation awaits the ‘Beergate’ conclusions, and the possible misgivings of Sir Squirming Starmer and Angela Rein-Your-Legs-In-Rayner.  While denying they have broken any laws, they have very nobly promised to resign if they are served with a fixed-penalty notice.  The Westminster bubble has burst like a cyst with its pus spewing far and wide.  The amazing thing in all of this is that, Britain, with all its bungling is still one of the best places on earth to live, and instead of slavers trafficking slaves from our land, illegal immigrants raid our shores daily and inhabit the land.  We have yet to see the full-force of the problems this will eventually create.  Being unable to properly protect our borders is part of our bungling.

A French-owned company operating in France and the UK is celebrating Gay Pride month throughout June[i] on both sides of the Channel, but make no mention of the Platinum Jubilee on the UK side.  In past interviews Prince Harry has not been particularly happy, and has vented his displeasure at the Royal Family always doing everything the same…yet isn’t that what he has done himself?  He married an American divorcee, just like a royal before him!  On June 3, 1937, Edward (8^th) and Wallace Simpson (An American divorcee) were married at the Château de Candé in France’s Loire Valley.  Celebrations take place in the midst of family turmoil as Harry and Meghan arrive in the UK.  The people gather in large crowds in London to show their love and adoration to the Queen.  I think of how believers will be gathered and caught up to meet King Jesus in the air at His Second Coming (1 Thessalonians 4:17).  There will be much partying, playing and singing of the National Anthem as the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebration approaches, and “God save the Queen” rings out throughout the land.  The question is, will God save a fallen Britain?  Will He clean out the swamp, and if He does that includes you and me.  We are all part of the stench that rises to Heaven.  Are we willing to do God’s will?  Are we willing to fall in line with God’s ways?  Jesus Christ is risen and ascended to the Father.  He is the Way, and has opened the way for us to return to the Lord.  There are plenty of fake religions, false gods and idols to bow down to; and many are they that bend the knee to the various gods of deception.  But if you want the Living God, Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6).  This offends the fallen human nature of the self-righteous.  Jesus said: “If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know about the teaching, whether it is of God, or I am speaking from Myself” (John 7:17).  One of the gifts God gives to those who truly trust Him is that of a much-needed sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).  And through our knowing and understanding God’s word, and being filled with His Spirit (Acts 2:1-4), He also gives us the ability to be able to distinguish between good and evil, to understand the times, and to know what we should do (1 Chronicles 12:32).  Both are qualities that are lacking in today’s world, and particularly so in Westminster’s Parliament.  It is argued that Parliament would improve if more women were involved.  There are more women MPs today than ever, but look at the disarray today.  Some argue that there should be as many women MPs as men.  Whatever you are or identify as, all are of the fallen human race.  Gender does not change that.  Regeneration by God’s Spirit means that one is neither male nor female…all are equal (Galatians 3:28).  To see the Kingdom of God and to understand His rule and His ways one must be born again, born from above (John 3:1-21).  When we understand this, we see that it is not just Britain that is bungling things up, but the whole world is a bungling mess of confusion and deception.  Jesus can change individual lives and families now if we turn to Him in faith.  He will make all things new in the future – new heavens and a new earth.  Nothing that defiles will enter heaven (Revelation 21:27).  Sin won’t just be in the bin; it will be in Hell with the devil along with the beast and the false prophet.  In Acts 1:9-11 Jesus is seen ascending into heaven.  In Revelation 20:10, Satan is cast into the lake of fire and brimstone.  The end has not yet come.  Now is the day of salvation.  There is time for individuals, families, communities, and nations to repent and to believe in Jesus.  Choose life while the door is still open.

“Now therefore fear the Lord and serve him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:14-15)

“He then brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”  Then they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all the others in his house.  At that hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds; then immediately he and all his household were baptized.  The jailer brought them into his house and set a meal before them; he was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God—he and his whole household…” (Acts 16:22-34).
