Hashkama: The Apostate Church and the Green Agenda

Adolph Hitler set out to discredit the work of Albert Einstein, who was a Jew.  Hitler commissioned a paper called: “100 authors against Einstein”[i].  In his response, Einstein said, “…it doesn’t take 100 scientists to prove me wrong, just one fact will do…”  There may be one hundred sets of evidence in support of a scientific idea.  It only takes one piece of validated evidence to the contrary and that idea must be rejected.  History shows repeatedly that the hypothesis of human-induced global warming is wrong.  One might ask how many times does a hypothesis have to be shown to be wrong before it is rejected?  The answer is only once!  Ignoring the history of the planet, the climate industry, clinging to the carbon dioxide hypothesis, pretends that the planet had a stable benign climate until the Industrial Revolution.  The idea that human emissions of carbon dioxide will lead to global warming is invalid.  For governments, businesses, and scientists to go on promoting it is ignorance, and it is fraud.  It is an interesting fact that, global warming scientists will not debate their findings with geologists for instance.  Why are they so afraid?  The answer – human induced global warming is not supported by measurable geological evidence.  Thousands of examples show that past events of global warming were not driven by carbon dioxide, and that the planet has been far colder and warmer in times gone by; the rates of temperature change have been far faster than any changes measured today.

Once again, I am touching on the subject of human-induced climate change[ii] (but will also include other matters).  It is a great deception in the world – and in the church.  We must mend the error of our ways so that we can better inform others of the error of their ways, particularly those in government, and those in the opposition party.  People have spoken out with some effect on the restrictive measures dished out on Covid.  Government appears to have relented somewhat, and have not [yet] introduced Covid passports.  Before we get too excited, while Covid restrictions are easing here, in America there are cries for ‘climate lockdowns’ to begin, under what is called environmental authoritarianism, so that your rights to travel or drive a car could be suspended.

Citizens ought to speak out against the greater danger facing us by the measures to be introduced to combat fake human-induced climate change.  Both major political parties, along with the Greens, are sold on bringing in the changes that will change our way of life as destructively as going to war – or even worse.  We have been able to build and to recover from the destruction of two world wars, but we will never recover from the destructive measures being introduced for phantom climate change.  The great enemy of nature and human-kind, according to the environmentalists is carbon dioxide.  It’s nonsense.  If you were to get rid of carbon dioxide, your greens would not be green.  Horticulturalists know this and have been burning fossil fuel gas for decades, releasing the fumes into glasshouses to increase the yield.  The exhaust fumes are warm, rich in carbon dioxide and contain water vapour.  The plants respond by growing bigger, better and more rapidly.  That is just one simple example.  If the Greens have their way, they will destroy food production causing mass starvation.  Those Greens that enjoy their greens would go green with envy.  Rising atmospheric carbon dioxide enhances photosynthesis and vegetation greenness.  The Greens want to reduce carbon dioxide to 1988 levels; yet, since 1988, global GDP has increased 60%, infant mortality has decreased 48%, life expectancy has increased 5.5 years, and the poverty headcount has dropped from 43% to 17% despite a population increase of 40%.[iii]  Anthropogenic climate change is a great deception.  Why are people falling for it some might ask?  Any gardener or farmer will know about the various conditions of soil – some soil is fertile and some isn’t.  Jesus speaks of soil when seed falls among rocky ground and some on fertile (Luke 8:6-8) …it is the state and condition of the human heart.  “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?” (Jeremiah 17:9).  The human heart is deceitful, and therefore can be deceived.  Deception is a great weapon today causing fear throughout the world, that is also a reason why we have threats or “rumours of wars” (Matthew 24:6; Mark 13:7; Luke 21:9), and why we are cautioned not to be terrified or alarmed by such things.  Deception is a weapon used by those who deny there is a God, and it is a weapon used by those who are themselves deceived.  There is no climate emergency, climate crisis.  Carbon dioxide is not a pollutant, it is plant food.  Without sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide there would be no life on earth.  We are actually living in the best of times environmentally.  Carbon dioxide is the miracle of life, and it is being demonised by the greens as a pollutant.[iv]  Those Christians that go along with the Green agenda are in effect saying that God got it wrong when He created the earth and all that is in it (Psalm 24:1).  Since the days of Jesus, global GDP per capita has increased 30,000 times.  The global warming scare is the biggest scientific fraud in the 2500-year history of science; and the financial cost will be the biggest waste of money since time began.  The green activist propaganda program is aimed at destroying Western industrial society, and the Western world in general.  Interestingly, it seems to me that it is those nations that have accepted the Gospel of Jesus Christ, that are under pressure to conform to fake environmentalism more than others.  Dozens of nations have declared climate emergencies, including the entire EU.  The attack on the West is coming from all directions and in various forms, fake science, political, philosophical, moral, religious and so forth.

This is your god

Climate change has been described as being a new idealistic cultic fundamentalist religion that offers certainty, guilt, indulgences, redemption and a green theological reason for living.  It is replacing Christianity in Western civilization and is the ultimate reward for the dumbing down of the education system.  The new climate religion has no history, no art, no scholarship, no music and no philosophical grounding.  It is nothing like the Christian religion that it is replacing so successfully.  Empty heads and deceitful hearts are fertile soil for the new, scam religion.

“The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?” (Jeremiah 17:9)

Jeremiah was speaking about the source of Judah’s problem…Judah’s heart.  We might consider today why in the world has mankind taken this course to self-destruction?  Man’s wisdom is man’s folly.  While we might puzzle over the decisions world leaders are taking, God informs Jeremiah that He alone understands the human heart.  He alone has the ability to search the heart and test the mind.  He knows our innermost thoughts and motives.  The things that are hidden from others are not hidden from God; He sees right through us.  God doesn’t cure people’s hearts; He is in the removal business.  He removes their heart of stone, and He gives them a new heart and puts a new spirit within them (Ezekiel 36:26-27; 11:19).

There are those that purposely oppose God and His ways – “Do not set foot on the path of the wicked or walk in the way of evildoers” (Proverbs 4:14).  “But the way of the wicked is like deep darkness; they do not know what makes them stumble” (Provers 4:19).  We are seeing what man is stumbling over today.  It is right before our eyes: “…for both Israel and Judah he will be a stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall. And for the people of Jerusalem, he will be a trap and a snare” (Romans 9:33; Isaiah 8:14).  Also, in 1 Peter it states: “A stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall.” They stumble because they disobey the message—which is also what they were destined for” (1 Peter 2:8).  You either hate Jesus, or you love and obey Him.  Muslims stumble over Jesus.  They cannot believe that God can become man, or that God can have a Son.

Two things are happening in our time.  One is that the world is preparing for the Antichrist to come and to reign.  The other is that true believers in Jesus are preparing for the return of Christ.  We are each doing one of those two things.  They are happening simultaneously.  The Antichrist will come first and the world is making itself ready for that event.  Jesus will come to reign for ever after putting His enemies under His feet; and He will reign for ever and ever (Revelation 11:15; Daniel 7:14, 27).  Believers in Jesus are making themselves ready for Him, by standing firm in the truth of His word, whatever comes against them.

However, leaders in the Church do and will lead many astray at the end of days, making way for the Antichrist to reign.  They will accept the doctrines and ways of the world, as they are already beginning to do.  We are not talking about centuries to come.  We are talking about now, in our time.…Listen, O heavens, and give ear, O earth, for the LORD has spoken: “I have raised children and brought them up, but they have rebelled against Me.  The ox knows its owner, and the donkey its master’s manger, but Israel does not know; My people do not understand.”  Alas, O sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a brood of evildoers, children of depravity!  They have forsaken the LORD; they have despised the Holy One of Israel and turned their backs on Him.… (Isaiah 1:2-4).

Some in the Church have joined forces with the enemy of God.  They use church buildings and pulpits to preach environmentalism, hatred toward and replacement of Israel, and many other diabolical things besides; and they denounce those who do not agree with them.  Some are more subtle in this than others.  Those that are absorbed into the fake climate change agenda will cause the poor nations of Africa to suffer fuel deprivation, starvation, disease, and to become even poorer.  The cost to bring everyone on earth that is in extreme poverty out of that existence is less than $100 billion a year.  Does that sound a lot to you?  Western nations are committed to spending $1 trillion to $2 trillion a year on the ineffective Paris Accord.[v]  This is obscene, and particularly so for Christians to be involved in this scamology.  Every month the Paris Accord costs are what could be spent every year to take everyone out from extreme poverty.  Poverty is real, anthropogenic climate change is not.  Those that claim it is have yet to prove it.  The UN is enriching the world elites at the expense of the poor.  UN officials state that the climate crises has nothing to do with climate and everything to do with global economic power by the UN.  Christiana Figueres the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) stated, “This is probably the most difficult task we have even given ourselves, which is to internationally transform the economic development model, for the first time in human history”.[vi]  Back in 2010, Ottmar Edenhofer said[vii]: “One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy.  This has almost nothing to do with the environmental policy anymore” and “We distribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy.”  Politicians pretend to solve non-problems; they are using the climate change scam to take what money we have, and to reduce our freedoms.  We have covered some of this particular deception in other articles, and will probably do so again in the future.  For now, I want to say to those in the church that are promoting the climate change deception, you are paving the way for the Antichrist to come, and you are actively building the apostate church.  This will not be popular, and will no doubt be called unloving by those that only speak of God’s love, at the expense of His other attributes.  That too is a deception.

Replacement Theology of Another kind

Now I will quickly move on to those that despise Israel, but love the Palestinians and fight for their cause.  Having love for the Palestinians and sharing the love of Christ with them, and sharing God’s Truth is Godly.  God would have all human-kind to repent and believe on Jesus and thereby be saved.  But it is another deception to replace Israel with Palestine; or to replace Israel with the Church.  Both are devious, and those that teach and do such things will find themselves embedded in the foundations of the apostate church.  I want this article to be short and to the point, so will not fill out too much detail.  We have covered the subject of Replacement Theology from a Biblical point of view in the past, so will not re-visit that at this time.  Instead, we will look at the situation today and the replacement theology of a different kind.  The Palestinian Authority leaders have re-written history, and with their cancel culture they are cancelling out the existence of the people of Israel in the land of Israel.  In place, as Antichrist will do when setting himself up as God, in place of God, the Palestinians have created an entire Palestinian heritage in the image of Jewish heritage. The Palestinian Authority falsely teaches its people that Palestinians are a five-thousand-year-old nation. They point to Israel’s archaeological finds and ancient Hebrew coins, claiming that they are Palestinian archaeological remains.  The Palestinian Authority teaches its children that the Palestinian nation was invaded by the Assyrians, the Babylonians, the Persians, the Egyptians, the Greeks, and the Romans and yet the Palestinians survived.  Jewish history is all falsified as Palestinian history.  They claim that Jesus was a Palestinian thereby making false the teaching of Scripture.  Those ‘Christians’ that support the Palestinian cause will say Amen!  It is a deception, and many are they in the church that are deceived by it.  The lies are endless, just as they are in the climate change scam.  My concern is particularly for those who claim to be Christians, that they will come to a knowledge of the truth.

We are becoming like the people of God that absorbed the Greek culture that pervaded Israel, even to building a gymnasium and doing their athletics in the nude, just like the Greeks did.  We have become a Church and nation of traitors against God.  We have stopped believing the word of God, and have accepted the world into our midst.  When Antiochus came along to Jerusalem, he saw what was in effect a Greek city.  They had already accepted his ways, his language, his dress, his entertainment – everything.  All he had to do was to walk in and take over.  Antiochus is a type of the Antichrist that will one day walk in, see that the world is ready for him, and he will take over.  The apostate church is his for the taking.  The clergy had been preaching Greek philosophy from the pulpit instead of Hebrew scripture.  As it is today, those who should have been leading the people of God in the right way, were in fact, misleading them.  The world and the apostate in the Church are being made ready for Antichrist (Antiochus even sounds somewhat similar to Antichrist – and, in his coinage, Antiochus first of all describes himself as, Epiphanes – glorious, then he changed the title and called himself the “manifest” or the “incarnate one”; and finally, on the last coins he minted, he included the word ‘theos’ which means “God”.  It is the same word as our “theology”).  The ground is being laid; the road is being paved; chose this day whom you will serve (Joshua 24:14-15).

Canterbury Speaks

 The Archbishop of Canterbury spoke out saying we should have compassion for migrants[viii].  I think we need to look beyond the migrants.  Most illegal immigrants coming across in boats from France appear to be Muslim, and there are numerous Muslim communities and mosques in this nation.  The Muslim immigrants, given the choice, would probably prefer to go to their own; particularly if their own were willing to accept them.  When we look around our nation and its towns, cities and villages, and we see the many homeless, helpless, hope-less lives, perhaps that is where our compassion should be focused.  If the Archbishop wants to show compassion, let him empty out the cathedrals and church buildings and make them into homes for the homeless.  The Church [the congregants] could meet in their own homes, vacating the church buildings.  In fact, all the church denominations could do similar.  Make the church buildings into living accommodation, building various separate rooms for people to live in.  The Church denominations could still own the properties and keep them maintained.  Financial contributions could be made each week, and actually be put to something useful, bringing comfort to the uncomfortable.  Train up counsellors and nurses to care for those who have been abused and traumatised, and for those that have turned to alcohol and drug abuse.  Show God’s love and compassion.  The church buildings will be taken over by the apostates anyway, so let us do something useful and meaningful while we still can.  Who will take the lead?
