Thank you for your contributions to last week’s Saffron Planet. Lord willing today we’ll continue with our mini-series: ‘Equipped for Battle – Learning the art of warfare’ with a session focused on the Lord’s objectives.

If we’re going to be engaged in battle then it’s imperative that we first have a clear understanding of His, and therefore our objectives lest we rush into the wrong battles, wasting time, effort, resources and unnecessary casualties. Dedicating ourselves to the Lord of hosts’ objectives in this war must be our focus. So perhaps this session could be called:

Our Military Objectives – Mission Impossible made Possible (if we choose to accept it!)

May our Lord bring clarity about His mission to us all for the sake of His holy name.
