Tonight’s topic: Human rights, petitions and lawsuits – should Christians partake or forsake? LISTEN TO RECORDING

As the days grow darker and anti-God agendas abound, it seems like there’s a new Christian petition to sign every few days protesting against governments, corporations and lawmakers who have succumbed to the spirit of this age. Additionally, Christians are being increasingly persecuted in this country, even being arrested for street preaching or losing their jobs simply for standing up for the Word of God. Lawsuits are issued and Christian Concern are inundated with new cases of Christians taking legal action against their persecutors.

Christian “rights” are demanded and reversals of unrighteous decisions and laws are vehemently sought, often couched in terms of mild threats. How should believers respond? Partake? Or forsake?
